Monitoring and Evaluation is central to the attainment of goals and realization of set objectives. Every project, programme consumes resources; these resources are scare and must be adequately managed and accounted for. Stakeholder analysis and involvement is very key in successful monitoring and evaluation. This is so because issues can affect and get affected by a wide range of groups, bodies and/or individuals. Proper stakeholders? involvement will assist in making more informed decision, and data gathering for monitoring and evaluation. Monitoring and Evaluation is a key instrument to measure the optimal use of resources and justify the need for review and continuity. This workshop is specially designed to equip all officers involved in Monitoring and Evaluation with the requisite knowledge, skills, and attitude for proper mandate implementation in the public and private sector.
