The design and administration of research instruments (questionnaires, interview guide, observation checklist, etc.) require experience and special skills. These instruments are required by researchers to collect data and information for both quantitative and qualitative analysis and decision making. Poor design of research instruments can distort the research process and lead to false data and conclusion. It is needless to say that skills and competences in research instrument design and administration are important requirements for success in research work. This workshop aims to expose participants to modern skills and techniques for research instrument design and administration.
