The course will discuss the changing roles of a Manager in the 21st century organisation and identify the new competencies for Managers as people leaders and how to implement a high performance culture. Specifically the course will cover the Talent Wheel and the Seven Skills that are required for strategic management of people and synthesize the latest research on new people leader and developer roles, metrics and accountabilities. People Management & Leadership is perhaps one of the missing links in Leadership and Management training today.
