Middle-level managers provide valuable input into corporate policies and are primarily involved in policy implementation. They act as a vital link between top management and the lower level managers. Their job performance largely accounts for the performance of their organizations. Middle-level managers are constantly under pressure from the top and the bottom. They have to cope with these pressures and at the same time develop core competence to achieve their goals. This workshop is designed for middle-level management personnel of private and public organizations to enable them to acquire modern management skills necessary for enhanced organizational performance and adapt to emerging challenges in their environment.
