This intensive approach to make rational decisions on strategic investments, we will discuss the key tools and techniques used to appraise potential projects, and to analyse project risk under conditions of uncertainty. We will also take a detailed look at the financial models used to perform structured cash-flow analyses, and ensure a consistent decision making process.
The course will include practical exercises to apply the principles learned and provide an opportunity for individual exercises, group work, and active class discussion.
