The Physical Security Professional (PSP®) credential provides proof of the holder’s knowledge and experience in threat assessment and risk analysis; integrated physical security systems; and the appropriate identification, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of security measures. Those who earn the PSP® are ASIS board certified in physical security and the qualification enhances their in-company credibility and career prospects.
This 2 week classroom programme is designed to help delegates cram for the PSP® Certification exam. The first week is designed to familiarise delegates with the ASIS reference materials. The second week focusses on testing of each part of the ASIS Reference Set, so that delegates can see where their strengths and weaknesses lie. This allows targeted study in the weaker areas before sitting a mock exam with questions similar to those found in previous PSP exams.

Who will benefit
The PSP® certification is ideal for security managers and consultants who want an internationally recognised advanced level credential in physical security management. This 2 week classroom programme is designed for those who do not have the time to follow the 4 month self-study programme or those whose learning style is better suited to a highly intensive course programme.

  • Vulnerability Analysis
  • Security Surveying
  • Selecting Physical Security Technology

In order to sit the examination, delegates will need to evidence six years of progressive physical security experience (four if they have a degree).
