Becoming a Manager is hard enough, but making the transition from a colleague to manager is even tougher and comes with its own set of unique challenges. Step up To Supervisor Course is designed for those who have been promoted recently into a managerial role and for those who have been there for some time but are having trouble managing their colleagues or subordinates as the case may be. Participants will learn to set boundaries, run successful workgroups, establish goals and expectations (for themselves and others), give performance feedback, address general supervisor issues and conflicts, administering discipline and motivate staff.
