The training has commenced and the Lagos chapter of the Institute is NOW offering a special 2 day intensive certification course and membership. The training covers an international customer service curriculum tenable worldwide and at the end you will be issued with professional certificate from the ICSN and also inducted as a member of the ICSN.

How to Register and Get Certified

Step 1: send an email of your full name, phone number, email address and location to us via email

Step 2: You will be contacted on the certification course date and sent a copy of the membership application form and available payment options.

Step 3: You are to download and print the form, fill the form and return the form with other documents physically or through proxy (a person appointed by you) at the ICSN Office, PEI Centre building, 114A&B Ilupeju Street, Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos with your full payment. Payment is via cash at the centre.

NB: Payment must be completed before certification course.

Registration Fees:

Student Category Qualification: In a tertiary institution Application Fee: N2,500 Program Fees: N30,000

Graduate Category Qualification: Fresh Graduates, NYSC, Workers with 1 – 3 years experience Application Fee: N5,000 Program Fees :N45,000

Associate Category Qualification: Workers 3 - 6 years experience Application Fee: N5,000 Program Fees :N50,000

Full Member Qualification: 6 to 14 years working experience Application Fee: N5,000 Program Fees: N55,000

Senior Member Qualification: 15+ years working experience Application Fee: N5, 000 Program Fees: N60,000
