With the 2015 Nigerian elections and Petroleum Industry Bill right around the corner, companies can expect greater uncertainties amidst the volatile economy and commodity prices, unpredictable contractor performance, fickle investor sentiments as well as frequent security threats such as sabotage, theft and insurgency. All these risks only represent a small fraction of the entire risk universe, yet project managers and business leaders do not allocate sufficient time and resources to perform formal risk analysis and risk management plan. Salvo Global’s rigorous 3-day Masterclass on “Total Project Risk and Contract Management” will not only guide delegates to assess, prioritise, monitor and mitigate risks, but also to plan, budget and determine triggers for contingencies. Delegates will also gain working knowledge on project contract management, contractor selection and disputes settlement.
