Job evaluation systematically determines the relative importance of an individual job or a number of different roles to ensure that pay and rewards are relevant, equitable and reflect the value of the organization. Workforce development planning analyses staffing requirements so that the right number of people are in the right job, at any time, to enable the organization meet its strategic objectives. This workshop is designed to sharpen participants knowledge and skills needed for analyzing and assessing the contents of various jobs and relativity between them and develop their workforce
Facilitators: E.N FOFAH - M.S.c, (Ind. / Per. Mgt.)., MNIM., MCIPM. - An experienced human resource management practitioner with over two decades of post-graduation experience. Mr. Fofah worked with Centre for Management Development (CMD), former manpower development manager - Cadbury Nig. Plc. He equally worked as head, human resource - Alan Dick West Africa Ltd. He will lead other facilitators to bring their experiences to bear on this programme.
