Change Management as a strategic approach in preparation for major transitions in an organizations structure, people, process and business model must be carefully piloted in order to optimize the organizations potentials and successfully achieve desired repositioning, while sustaining the gains.

In the words of Dave Ulrich “change management isn’t restricted exclusively to HR. Line managers are the owners of change while HR can be seen as its architect, facilitator and designer. Nobody ever said that only HR manages change.”

This advanced course is designed to identify and examine the strategic role of the HR in managing organizational change as architect and facilitator for best business outcomes.
