A successful interview is one in which both the interviewer and interviewee receive accurate information and can make an informed decision about the fit between the job and the applicant's personality and skills.

Interviewing is a critical step for HR in the recruitment process for assessment of technical, behavioural suitability as well as cultural fit of potential hires. With the increasing dearth of talents for critical business functions and the huge price on businesses, you wouldn’t want to lose a talent due to interviewing misstep.

This programme is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills to prepare for and effectively handle different types of interviews. The case studies, interactive role-plays and group discussions will help build sound interviewing techniques to gather accurate information from any interview.
