This training has been designed to help each delegate examine theories of regulatory policy development, and analyze existing organizational policies to determine if the necessary issues have been considered and incorporated. You will learn how to influence policy development and change, and write new policy built around the ethical and legal principles.
The goal of the course is for each delegate to consider key emergency management and security policy issues globally, nationally, and locally, and determine their linkages and potential impact for emergency management and security responsibilities within their organizations.
At the end of the course delegates will be able to:
