Managers involved in training and Human Capital Development has to initiate, design and organize training programmes in order to add value to organizational effort and facilitate beneficial changes.  As such, they must respond to challenges in their environment through appropriate training intervention. The programme is designed to address the special needs of training practitioners and educators, who have the responsibility for all levels of management training in their organizations, instilling in them the right skills, knowledge and attitude needed for the development and implementation of training programmes.

Delivery Methodology
