This Critical Thinking course should be recommended across the board in an organization to make employees critical thinkers. Critical thinkers consider problems from multiple points of view before reaching a decision. It is relevant to all professions.
In every organization, effective communication (EC) is pivotal in achieving success through good performance. Poor communication will lead to poor performance, because decisions are likely to be poor and made from errors in illogical reasoning and misunderstanding in giving and receiving instructions, and even in writing memos, drafting contracts, and corporate procedures and guidelines.
