Globally, there is increasing demand for HR to demonstrate how and where it impacts the business and possibly the quantity of impact. For the HR practitioner, it has been an endless and sometime futile attempt to rationalize its existence and value, usually from a not very helpful micro perspective. This could basically be a result of not having the total picture of HR in the business.
This training programme is designed to give participants helicopter coverage of the HR landscape enabling them link their activities to the business by showcasing the mutual supportiveness of the HR functions and how collectively they drive, develop, enable, energize and propel business processes.
