Dr. Dotun is a specialist in Human Resource Mgt. his work experience spans the Manufacturing, Service and oil & Gas sectors of the Nigeria economy, where he worked as Human Capital Advisor to some organization including The Nigerian Bar Association before venturing into consultancy.
