Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a process to ensure that assets continue to do what their users require in their present operating context. RCM incorporates Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance activities, along with Predictive Testing and Inspection (PT and I) and other actions (e.g., redesign, procedural changes or technology upgrades) to provide an optimal balance to achieve greater reliability and lower life-cycle costs. Successful implementation of RCM will lead to increase in cost effectiveness, machine uptime, and a greater understanding of the level of risk that the organization is managing

Experienced SAP (System Application and Package) Super User and Functional Lead on Plant Maintenance (PM) Module. Enthusiastic communicator with proven analytical skills to develop detailed reports.
