Emotional Intelligence Course

It is fast becoming recognized by scholars that emotional intelligence play a front role in achieving personal and professional success. Emotionally intelligence is the ability of managers to take hold and control personal emotions, particularly in relation with others.

In this workshop, participants will be equipped with knowledge to apply emotions as a source of leadership, communication and influence, discuss insights into perceptions and its importance in the workplace, and describe how to apply EQ in the workplace for building teamwork and leadership
