The 33rd Course in Drafting Commercial Agreements and Banking Documentation is one of the Institute’s oldest and regular continuing legal education courses. The Course which trains lawyers on how to practice at a high level is designed to impart and sharpen lawyers with practical skills in drafting commercial agreements and various banking documentations.
The core objective of the Course is to introduce participants to modern techniques and skills of drafting commercial agreements and banking documents. Participants at the end of the course would master practical drafting techniques to write concise and effective agreements and would get up-to-date with the purpose and effect of typical boilerplate clauses and how value for their organizations can be leveraged through clearer drafting.
