High-performing organizations are more agile and are particularly adept at turning challenges into opportunities. This is because they spend a lot of time developing leaders, who develop people, processes and systems and achieve outstanding results. A quick look at the competitive business environment will reveal that today's business environment and factors affecting it are very different and more complex than what was in the past. Advancement of artificial intelligence, virtual reality, enhanced production methods, and increasing customer power are among the characteristics of today's digital era, all of which are associated with the dynamics and complexity of the markets. This training is designed to develop leaders’ capacity to be more aware of their self, team and organisational weakness, identify and develop the latent opportunities in these challenges and to become a source of survival, competitive advantage and profitable growth.

Executives who attend this programme will learn:

How to apply creative thinking techniques to overcome challenges.

  • How to implement creative problem-solving models to drive profitable innovation.
  • How to effectively diagnose problems and turn challenges into business opportunities
  • How to develop and implement successful strategies that harness opportunities from organisational limitations
  • How to align leadership and strategy for effective governance

Themes that would be covered:

  • Analysing organizational position in the industry
  • Strategies for effective governance
  • Building organizational resilience when the economic climate is unfavourable.
  • Harnessing competition as a source of continued innovation
  • Leadership in crisis: avoid lasting damage to an organization’s reputation
  • Why some strategies work and others fail
