ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) Certification

ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor training enables every participant to develop the necessary expertise to perform an Information Security Management System (ISMS) audit by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques. During this training course, participants will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to plan and carry out internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification process.

This course not only prepares a student to sit for the ISMS Certification Exam but also enables them to:

• To master audit techniques and become competent to manage an audit program
• Master the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out internal and external
  audit in compliance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification process.
• Learn how to interpret the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001 in the context of an
  ISMS audit.

At the end of the course, participants will:

• Receive a SCILS Management Centre issued certificate of Proficiency in
  Information Security Management System (ISMS). PECB-ISMS
• Be eligible to sit for and pass at first attempt the Information Security Management based on ISO 27001
• Participation certificate of 31 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credit will be issued by Professional Evaluation and Certification Board(PECB)
