Health Centre Management Course

Managing health care centres for growth and profitability involves an unwavering focus on patient experience. This in turn requires a thorough understanding of who the health centre customer is and how to customize and optimize their offerings. This program will provide critical insights into setting patient centered growth strategies that include managing both internal and external publics. Active learning of critical concepts such as customer orientation, integrated marketing communications and branding strategies will be encouraged. The program culminates with a practicum experience where participants will be exposed to best practices in managing health centre growth both from Nigeria and abroad and will engage in a creative exercise of designing a growth trajectory for their own facilities.
