Electrical Transient Analyzer Program(ETAP)
NGN 150,000 |
Venue: No.21 Oilfield Avenue, off school road,Elelewon, Port Harcourt.
ETAP is the leading software used by Electrical Engineers for modelling, simulation, design, analysis and monitoring of generation, transmission, distribution, industrial and low-voltage electrical power systems. Being the leading software in the industry, knowledge of ETAP has become a SKILL for Electrical engineers of today.
ETAP is a program developed for the Microsoft Windows operating systems. It is fully interactive and allows you to make changes to the one-line diagram, run system studies, and graphically review study. It gives you the opportunity to explore the many features and capabilities of ETAP including Load Flow, Short-Circuit, Motor Acceleration and Arc Flash and many more.
Software Version: ETAP 16
The software will be installed for all participants and also training materials will be provided for the course. The training is very interactive and practical. Real electrical projects are used for practice exercises.
Pre-requisite:
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles
• Knowledge of Electrical Symbols and equipment
• Knowledge of Electrical Power System design
• Knowledge of computer appreciation
The Training Plan for your Electrical Engineers
What is the purpose of the training?
The purpose of the training is to equip electrical engineers with adequate knowledge on how to prepare electrical single line diagram using ETAP, carry out various power systems analyses, modify equipment properties, prepare analyses reports and many more in electrical power systems and control design.
