Cultural Sensitivity Training

  The purpose of our acculturation program is to improve the intercultural competence (Immigration, Acculturation and Implications for Social Identity) of the management (expat and local) staff of the multinational corporation to work more successfully with their international colleagues. At the group level, it will result in changes to culture, customs, and social institutions. Individuals will acculturate not just with changes in daily behavior, but with numerous measures of psychological and physical well-being.

The course will be of great benefit to expatriates and executives in  organizations growing its business beyond national borders; staff increasingly working with colleagues in other countries; staff is becoming more culturally diverse; or organizations involved in multinational projects and programs.
