The job of managers has become more complex and demanding because of increased challenges in the environment. Workers at all levels now assume more responsibilities because of downsizing and increased use of technology in our organizations. Secretaries and Personal Assistants work as aids to managers and are themselves facing greater challenges. They have to do more planning and organizing, and use more sophisticated techniques, tools and a variety of professional and social skills to achieve organizational goals. This workshop is designed for top-level Secretaries and Personal Assistants, especially those who have attended our Basic Management Workshop for Secretaries and Personal Assistants.
