Work Ethics and Value Reorientation Course is designed to educate individuals on the importance of strong work ethics and encourage them to re-evaluate their personal values to align with a more professional and ethical approach in the workplace, often focusing on areas like honesty, integrity, accountability, and commitment to quality, with the goal of improving overall organizational performance and productivity.

Ethics and value orientation is an input variable for the success of any forward-looking organization.

A positive attitude at work goes a long way towards improving the work environment, increasing productivity and reducing workplace stress and waste. An employer can indeed influence the work atmosphere; a positive outlook is the responsibility of both employers and employees alike. When employees are happy and positive, productivity goes up, people are more creative, and employees are more likely to work together as a team.
