Conflict is one of the most misunderstood, time-consuming and poorly handled of leadership responsibilities in the work place. Most leaders, managers and supervisors regard ‘conflict’ as something negative. However, if it is used and managed well and occurs in high-trust cultures, conflict can be a powerful source of sustainable competitive advantage.

This course explores the evolution of conflict, why it arises and what can be done to avoid escalation. At the end of this training, Managers/Supervisors will be able to understand their conflict management style and effectively drive the resolution of conflicts among reports, team members, and colleagues.
