This course is designed to make the participants aware of the corporate tax laws applicable to their business environment and sector. Understanding the corporate tax laws and using it for tax planning is the basic objective of the course. The course is therefore designed so that the participants are aware of what business income is and when it gets taxed. It also provides participants with knowledge of the difference between tax avoidance and tax planning.
