Today’s leaders are constantly being challenged to evolve their organizations or departments if they are to survive and prosper. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the public sector where, under pressure to demonstrate value for money and maximum efficiency, organizations are required to do more with less. Forced to modernize, leaders are increasingly looking to change programs to streamline processes and modernize working practices. Competition and harsh economic conditions are also driving similar desire in the private sector.  Participants on this course will explore two different but equally important elements of the change process.
