PMI Scheduling Professional training PMI-SP® is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in the planning, development, maintenance, analysis, communication, and reporting of project schedules as well as tips and strategies for passing the Project Management Institute’s PMI-SP® Certification Exam. The project schedule is often one of the most visible elements of project management in an organization. Learn methods to help ensure that your schedules provide valuable information, early warning of potential problems and analysis capability throughout the project life cycle. This course covers the tasks included in each of the five domains tested on the PMI-SP® Certification Exam.

Prepare for the PMI Scheduling Professional PMI-SP® certification exam through this four day, instructor led course. This course offers an in-depth look at project scheduling through a PMI® perspective, and is delivered in a combination of lecture and hands-on learning format. In this boot camp style course, you will receive a comprehensive introduction and overview of project scheduling. The course content is based on the PMBOK® Guide, 5th edition and the Practice Standard for Scheduling

Requirements

  • Degree holder:
  • 3,500 hours spent in the specialized area of professional project scheduling within the last five consecutive years
  • 30 contact hours of formal education in the specialized area of project scheduling

Diploma holder:

  • 5,000 hours spent in the specialized area of professional project scheduling within the last five consecutive years
  • 40 contact hours of formal education in the specialized area of project scheduling
