This program will both give participants an overview of the field of "corporate compliance" — its brief history, the components of an effective compliance program, and related issues– and extended discussions into global issues such as ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) for compliance program implementation and sustainability. Practical examples and case studies will be provided to enable participants initiate, plan and implement global best practice compliance programs for their organizations.
