The Professional Front Desk Officer: Delivering Value through Service course is  designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively perform the duties of a front desk officer. In this course, participants will learn about topics such as:

  • Providing excellent customer service, including communicating with guests, anticipating their needs, and responding to their requests
  • Handling reservations and check-ins/check-outs
  • Managing guest inquiries and complaints
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Using technology and software to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures

The course will include a combination of lectures, discussions, and hands-on exercises to help participants apply the concepts they have learned. The goal of the course is to equip front desk officers with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively perform their duties and provide excellent customer service.
