The course will cover a range of topics including:

  • Best practices for answering and routing telephone calls
  • Techniques for handling difficult or angry callers
  • Tips for managing a busy front desk and maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Strategies for handling and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Effective communication skills and etiquette for telephone conversations

Through a combination of lectures, group discussions, and hands-on practice, participants will learn how to handle telephone calls with confidence and competence, and how to effectively manage the front desk to ensure that all calls and visitors are promptly and courteously handled.
