This course is designed to provide senior executives with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively manage the front desk and handle telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Best practices for answering and routing telephone calls

Through a combination of lectures, group discussions, and hands-on practice, participants will learn how to handle telephone calls with confidence and competence, and how to effectively manage the front desk to ensure that all calls and visitors are promptly and courteously handled.
