Training on Managing Relationships Between the Boss and the Personal Assistant

The success of the any executive depends on the abilities of his/her personal assistant. More often than not, personal assistants must pick up the slack, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and remember all the details. It is important to note that the boss and PA is one of the most important relationships in the office, one that needs to run smoothly and seamlessly in order for both of them to work as efficiently and effectively as possible to meet organizational goals. As PAs, this takes both time and effort! This relationship management workshop is designed to help build excellent skills and strategies that the Personal Assistant requires to successfully management relationships with the boss.

At the end of this 5-day intensive training, participants will learn new skills to help them successfully navigate through their working day, helping them become more effective in their role while satisfying all the  conflicting demands.

Participants will also learn how to be an effective gate keeper, manage their time  and build productive relationship with the boss.
