COURSE OVERVIEW
This course introduces the principles and applications of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and Private Finance
Initiatives (PFIs) based on global best practices. It explores how governments and private entities collaborate to design,
finance, and manage infrastructure and public services efficiently. The course also covers the full project lifecycle from
concept and feasibility to procurement, financial close, and contract management. Participants will examine the
evolution, policy rationale, and institutional models of PPPs and PFIs, focusing on value for money, risk transfer, and
innovation.
