This course will also cover stakeholder identification and management, which involves identifying and engaging with all the parties who have an interest in/or are affected by the organization's operations. Participants will learn how to identify stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, and develop strategies for effectively managing their relationships.

Participants will also learn about the importance of accountability, effectiveness, responsibility, sustainability and how to integrate sustainability considerations into their decision-making processes.
