This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools required to strengthen the resilience, sustainability, and integrity of pension systems through effective governance, robust risk management, and regulatory compliance. Participants will gain an understanding of pension fund governance structures, fiduciary responsibilities, risk identification and mitigation strategies, compliance frameworks, and emerging challenges affecting pension administration. By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
