IT Project Management - PCP

The Project Management specialisation equips learners with the practical skills required to plan, execute, and deliver technology-driven projects within enterprise environments. The programme focuses on managing IT, digital, infrastructure, and systems implementation projects using globally recognised project management frameworks, tools, and collaboration platforms. Emphasis is placed on real-world execution, stakeholder coordination, risk control, and performance tracking in technological contexts.

Capstone Project 

Learners will develop a complete project plan for technology implementation (e.g., system rollout, software deployment, or infrastructure upgrade), including scope definition, schedule, budget, risk register, stakeholder plan, and delivery roadmap.
