CRC Financial Education Centre (CFEC) is the training division of CRC Credit Bureau Limited. CFEC delivers diverse training programmes that provide practical solutions to identified skill and knowledge gaps. Our association with international partners has expanded the reach and acceptability of our training programmes globally, granting access to both local and international content as well as subject-matter experts and facilitators.

With over ten years of experience serving financial and non-financial institutions, CFEC has delivered a wide range of training programmes including open, in-house, and offshore courses. These programmes span areas such as Credit and Enterprise Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Lending Fundamentals, Financial Analysis, and Loan Delinquency and Remedial Management. Collectively, they cover the entire credit lifecycle as well as essential soft skills, with the aim of enhancing employee productivity and improving return on investment for stakeholders.

CFEC’s training interventions are hands-on, with a strong commitment to high-level competencies and professional excellence. Every aspect of our programmes is designed to place participants in realistic business scenarios, enabling them to learn through practical problem-solving and applied skills development. Our goal is to ensure participants return to their roles better equipped to enhance performance and deliver measurable results.

CFEC is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). Our faculty comprises industry-experienced and highly regarded specialists in their respective fields.

The CFEC training programs can be attended under three options:

Open Training Programs: CFEC organizes and schedules value adding, bespoke financial courses and soft skill training delivered as open programme at our training facility in Lagos or other locations in Nigeria.

Virtual Training Programs: CFEC bespoke courses are available also in distance learning platform via real-time audio and video facilities with seasoned facilitators using the CRC Financial Education Centre Learning Management System. This platform provides participants a safe environment for self-study, opportunity to download training materials, access live lecture links, keep track of all assignments/quizzes, feedback and results including facilitator’s comments plus they will be able to ask questions and interact with other participants wherever they may be around the world.

In-house Training Programs: CFEC designs and delivers in-house training for public and private, local and international organizations. Our in-house training approach is used to enhance the organization’s strategic objectives by developing specific training paths which are tailored to the specific organization at hand.
