London Intercultural Centre is an internationally recognised organisation specialising in intercultural leadership, behavioural research, and strategic communications. For more than 15 years, LIC has operated at the intersection of people, policy, and global collaboration, helping institutions navigate cultural complexity and strengthen cooperation across borders.

Supported by a global network of more than 200 consultants, researchers, facilitators, and subject matter experts, LIC has partnered with over 80 government entities, international organisations, NGOs, and institutions worldwide. Its work has contributed to leadership development, behavioural change initiatives, strategic communications, and system-level transformation across multiple regions, with projects delivered in the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Spain, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and across the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
