Emotional intelligence is a strong predictor of job performance, according to a new study.  This program covers the most widely accepted view of emotional intelligence that identifies 20 competencies, which are in turn organized into four clusters: Self-Awareness; Self-Management; Social Awareness; and Social Skills.
