Dispatch riding is essentially riding in a manner that utilizes safe riding strategies to enable cyclist to address identified hazards in a predictable manner. These strategies go well beyond instruction on basic traffic laws and procedures. In addition to the traffic laws and procedures, proactive steps are required to remain safety conscious and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Learning Objectives

This 2-day training is designed for riders who will add positive value to the business of their organizations, by applying the rules and strategies required to ride and arrive safe, while ensuring that clients are effectively serviced for a return business. Complete concepts are presented so they are easily understood. Materials are fully integrated. This enables participants who can't read well to learn visually and through group discussions.
