The Professional Front Desk Officer: Delivering Value through Service course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively perform the duties of a front desk officer. In this course, participants will learn about topics such as:
- Providing excellent customer service, including communicating with guests, anticipating their needs, and responding to their requests
- Handling reservations and check-ins/check-outs
- Managing guest inquiries and complaints
