This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to conduct first-, second-, and third-party audits of Quality Management Systems against ISO 9001:2015 requirements. It covers principles of quality management, process-based auditing, risk-based thinking, and continual improvement. Delegates gain practical auditing techniques through case studies, role-plays, and real-life scenarios.
