An Emergency Action Plan (EAP) outlines the actions to be taken in the event of an emergency. The goal of an EAP is to protect employees, customers, and the company's assets during an emergency.

  3. Communicating the EAP
  4. Implementing the EAP
  5. Maintaining the EAP

By the end of this training, managers should have a thorough understanding of how to develop, communicate, implement, and maintain an effective Emergency Action Plan.
