The Excellent Front Desk and Office Management Skills course is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform effectively as a front desk receptionist or customer service representative. The course covers a range of essential topics that will enable participants to provide professional and efficient customer service to clients and visitors.

The course provides an introduction to customer service, including the importance of delivering excellent customer service and how to handle difficult customers. It also covers effective communication skills, such as active listening and effective verbal and non-verbal communication.

Participants will learn how to manage a busy reception desk, including managing phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments. The course will also cover best practices for managing email and other forms of written communication.

Other key topics covered in the course include managing customer complaints and providing solutions, understanding the needs and expectations of different customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up and feedback.
