The JK Michaels Institute Refining Leadership Skills Course is intended to assist leaders in developing their leadership abilities and acquiring the skills necessary to meet the possibilities and challenges of leadership within an organisation. Leadership abilities go beyond just being able to communicate with others. Character, not alone skill, is what determines one's capacity to lead. 

Through influencing employee engagement, leadership is a set of skills and behaviours that help to achieve goals.
