This is a practical workshop designed to re-visit the application of research techniques in marketing planning and evaluation. It is designed to assist marketers in decision-making on research options and in the valid interpretation of research results. In this workshop, participants will review the status and impact of different levels of research information and how to interpret them, covering both primary and secondary data and qualitative and quantitative research methods. Participants will consider hypothetical case studies and a research exercise to demonstrate advanced techniques in market research.
