This course can be taken on its own or as the first part of a two-course programme, this one an introduction to drafting PPAs and GSAs, and the second course providing practical examples through case studies and negotiation exercises. This interactive course will analyse how best to draft successful PPAs and GSAs from a commercial perspective. An understanding of how to deliver PPAs that will last into the long term between power companies, consumers and government organisations is crucially important. After completing this course, delegates will have an introductory understanding of constructing PPAs and GSAs.
